- Complete design, fabrication and characterization of adhesives based CMUTs for underwater applications.
- Smart and Networking Under Water Robots in Cooperation Meshes (H2020-EU.2.1.1.7. ECSEL):
- Design and mask preparation of thermocompression-bonded CMUT devices for underwater application.
- Fabrication, Packaging, and characterization of thermocompression-bonded CMUT devices.
- Design and Implementation of ultrasonic based Microparticle detection and sorting system:
- Fabrication and characterization of high frequency (25-30 MHz) CMUTs array transmitter and receiver
