About me


I am a Researcher (asst. prof.) at the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Sabanci University, Istanbul. I am also a part-time researcher at Sabanci University Nanotechnology and Application Center (SUNUM). My research interests lie in the area related to the development of functional surfaces for energy enhancement.

Currently, my research activities include:

  • Development of functional surfaces for efficiency enhancement in water and energy systems
  • Biomimicry and biomaterial for enhanced interfacial transport processes
  • Multiphase flows with phase change in microchannels
  • Modeling and numerical analysis of multiphysics phenomena
