    Non-verbal communication differences:

Non-verbal communication, which means speaking without words, is universal however it is one of the biggest causes for breakdown in cross-cultural communication. Every culture contains body languages like gestures, facial expressions but they may have different meanings for each. For example; when parents in Western Europe get angry with their children, they ask them to look their eyes whereas in Eastern cultures children need to look down. Cultural differences may cause misunderstandings. When people visit foreign country they could feel themselves restless because people are unfamiliar with the signs that they use. People need to learn more about non-verbal communication.

    activity orientation communication differences:

Activity orientation is one cause of breakdown in cross-cultural communication. It divides activity orientation into two groups: ‘Doing’ and ‘being’ cultures. ‘doing’ cultures people always want to solve problems whereas ‘being’ cultures people are more relaxed and do not concerned with solving problems. Because ‘being’ cultures people accept the world the way it is. For example, an American woman and a man from Pakistan went to Pakistan. They spent all the time with talking and American women feels like a prisoner but Pakistani man is happy because Pakistanis love to talk.

    Non-verbal communication differences:

Non-verbal communication, which is another aspect of communication style, consists of facial expressions and gestures. However, it also includes seating arrangements, personal distance and sense of time but it causes many cultural misunderstandings and cultural breakdown. For instance, when an American raises his voice it can be understood as a sign of a fight that is coming. In spite of this, in cultures such as Jewish and Italian-Americans raising ones voice represents excitement. For this reason if there is a cultural interaction between these two cultures and if none of the sides know the other?s culture then there is a great possibility of a discussion.

    Non-Verbal Communication Differences:
Non-verbal communication means any act OF not using words, BUT body language like hands, gestures, facial expressions and eye contact. It is universal but it causes of a breakdown in cross-cultural communication. Each culture have body language however, it has different meanings in different cultures. Therefore, body language and cultural differences cause some problems. For example, in North America crossing your fingers means good luck but in many other countries it has a sexual connotation. Because of a breakdown in cross-cultural communication, people have to be more careful and be more well-informed about this subject.

    Comments:
Some contradictory ideas: Is non verbal communication universal or each culture has its own non verbal language. You need to make changes in that part

Repetition: you repeated the idea of cultural misunderstandings a lot (3 times in first 4 sentences)

You do not need a concluding sentence
    Thanks

try not to ask questions but instead write the answers ofthese questions
I liked the way you supported each point with an example or a detail but they need to be linked well. And you need to make it clear which one is the main issue and which one is the support of that idea.

    Thank you

    Comments:
Try to write simple but correct sentences. Please read the paragraph again and try to correct the sentences. I tried to bold the part where you have the main problem but you might need to change the other parts of the sentence when you change that part.

Try to link the ideas to each other. There are different ways of doing that. You might repeat one idea or word that you have used in the previous sentence. This will help to maintain the flow in the paragraph. Or use linking words.

    Thank you

    Non-verbal communication differences:

Non-verbal communication is kind of communication that includes acts which not using words such as gestures, body language , facial expressions, eye contact, use of space ,touch and even silence. Therefore non-verbal communication is one of the biggest cause of a breakdown in cross-cultural communication.Every cultures have different types of non-verbal communication from each other. As an example, in Turkey, people kiss their close friends from their cheeks as mean to say hi to each other but in Russia, close friends kiss each other from their lips and they do not care about if they are both male or female. This may cause some problems in different cultures. Such as we cannot even try the Russian type of greeting in Turkey because it seems awkward in Turkish culture.People should learn non-verbal communication for stopped breakdown in cross-culture.

    Comments:
Your 2nd and 3rd sentences are the repetitionof each other. Keep only one of it and delete the other
Your example is good but it is better to give another one.
    Concluding sentence is not needed.

    Thank you
