    Wellness is not opposite of illness.It’s state of emotional,physical,spiritual and social well-being.Taking self responsibility is a big part of wellness.You can be ill or disable,because it maximizes the quality of people’s life.It has got 4 different types.One of this types is social wellness.It contacts with interpersonal relationships and stresses how important for daily life.It involves positive attitudes.Having comfort,joining a group of friends or family are main patterns.Also,listening and having empathy are as important as building close friendships and intimacy.For improve social wellness people should develop their relationships and take care emotions.

    Wellness is a state of emotional, physical, social and spiritual well-being which try to maximize the quality of life. Wellness always confuses with illness but it is not even close. it also try to maintain personal potential in the communities. there are 4 different types of wellness. physical wellness is the one of them. people can be ill but also can have physical wellness. Eating right, getting regular exercise, getting adequate sleep, and having regular medical check-ups are the needs of physical wellness. also you have to listen yourself and take care of its needs. additionally, you mustn’t use tobacco and alcohol for a better life.

    Wellness is maximizing quality of humans life,maintain balanced in their communities for shortly living the best.It is state of emotional,physical,social and spiritual well being.There are 4 types of wellness; emotional,physical,social and spiritual wellness.Both of them taking more responsibilities is the most important.Social wellness can be described shortly enjoying life.People should have fulfilling relationships between their families,their friends and their intimacy.Besides,people could have positive interactions.Also they should effective listening.Humans should take care of emotions,they should create empathy.They could have less stress about everything.

    Wellness is a state of emotional, psychological, social and spiritual well being it also maximize the quality of people?s lives also maintains and balances. Taking self responsibility is a big part of wellness. According to some people wellness means that opposite of illness but it is not true. Wellness has 4 different types these are social, physical, emotional and spiritual. Social wellness means that having positive interactions and relations, being friendly, communicate with the others, increase the relationship and intimacy, and caring for the others and lastly people who should create empathy to think and feel like the others.

    Wellness is a state of emotional, social, spiritual and physical well being which maximizing the quality of peoples life. Basically, living the best life that people can. People can be ill and disable but still being well. There are 4 different types of wellness. Emotional wellness is one of them. Emotional wellness is about our intrapersonal relationships with ourselves. It contains understanding our feelings, emotions and learning more about ourselves. Emotional wellness means maintaining good mental health, a positive attitude, and a strong self-image. Thus, it includes taking responsibility for your own behaviours.

    Wellness means livinig the best life that people can. Some people knows that it means opposite of illness but it is not. There are four types of wellness. Emotional, physical social and spiritual. By the state of emotional, physical, social and spiritual well-being in the communities people can reach and maintain their personal potential. People have to live as well as they can. In daily life social wellness addresses interpersonal relationships and stresses how important it is for having good and fulfilling relationships with the people around us.     A definition of wellness could be: state of emotional, physical, mental, social and spiritual well being. In another word maximize quality of our life. It depends on us. If people have a plan of wellness, there would be happiness. Besides people generally thought that wellness is a state of not have a disease. Mainly there is 4 kind of wellness as it seems. Social wellness is the one of the most important one. It concerns interpersonal relations, positive interactions with other persons and effective listening. What people believe make effect on your body, so relations give shape our way of living and consequently effect indeed

    The points mentioned in the book about each wellness type is given below. So you are expected to talk about some of these points, if not all, when you are explaining the wellness you have chosen.

    Physical Wellness:
    ? Not perfect physical health
    ? Ill but can still have physical wellness
    ? Involves taking care of our bodies
    ? Eating right
    ? Getting regular exercise
    ? Getting adequate sleep
