Instructions to Authors for Presentations

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

There are poster sessions during the Conference:

– on Tuesday 9th of March – Poster Session A

– on Thursday 11th of March – Poster Session B

  • The poster should be 70 cm wide and 100 cm high

  • Authors should be present close to their poster in order to talk about their work with the interested people.

  • Panels will be at your disposal to support your poster.

  • Material for the installation of your poster will be available at the Secretariat desk.
