Junko Kanero, Ph.D.

Junko is the Principal Investigator of Mind, Language, & Technology Lab and an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Sabancı University. Her research examines language as a window into human cognition. She and her lab members explore language development in infancy and childhood, the use of technology in language education, neural processing of language, and how language and non-linguistic cognition interact.

Talk at Sabancı University!

May 7, 2019 – I had an opportunity to present my research about learning language with human and robot tutors in the Subject-Based Discussion series organized by the Academic Support Program at Sabancı. It was great to have discussion with students from different backgrounds 🙂
