Development of a software package to calculate the optimized and chatter-free conditions for enhanced productivity in parallel-turning operations.

  • Spindle Design Optimization, İğrek Makina Foundry & Machine Tools, June 2020 – September 2020

Optimization of the bearing locations of the designed and manufactured spindle by the company for improved stability and rigidity. The analysis was based on receptance coupling and structural modification techniques.

  • Boring Bar Project, Akko Tools Company, January 2020 – April 2020

Development of a software package to calculate the chatter-free condition for different boring bars manufactured by the company. The software package is based on the analytical structural and cutting dynamics calculations.
