As part of the PMBA Operations Management course at Sabancı Business School, we had the pleasure of hosting Gökşen Töre Sancak, Board Member at Farplas, for an insightful guest lecture. Drawing on over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry—including her most recent role as Executive Vice President of Material and Logistics at Ford Otosan—she shared valuable perspectives on the topic: “Building Resilient Supply Chains: Digital and Agile Strategies in an Era of Uncertainty.”
