About Me

Curriculum Vitae

I am a master’s student and a research & teaching assistant of Mechatronics Engineering Program at Sabanci University in Istanbul, Turkey. I obtained my BSc degree in Control Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, where I was a member of the solar car team and took part in modeling of solar cars, race strategy optimization for long-distance races as well as development of  an active solar car simulator for circuit races. Currently, I work on a project on vertical axis wind turbines under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Serhat Yesilyurt.

BSc, Control Engineering, Istanbul Technical University, 2008 – 2013
MSc, Mechatronics Engineering, Sabanci University, 2014 – present

Research Interests
My current research focuses on control (e.g., model predictive control), computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulations for a small-scale vertical axis wind turbine (VAWT).
