The conference will take place at the Atlantis Resort Hotel, which is situated in the heart of Belek. All of the participants are expected to reserve a room and be staying in the Atlantis Hotel during the conference.

Reservation
ReserFor room reservation:
- All participants will be paying their accommodation cost directly to the Atlantis Hotel. The details of payment are given below.

To make a reservation, please complete this Hotel Accomodation Booking Form as soon as possible but not later than February 20, 2010, (This is the very last day which will not be extended) and send it to Ms. Dildar BABA at dbaba@limakhotels.com (Phone: +90 242 710 07 00, Fax : +90 242 715 23 74).
- In order to finalize your reservation with the hotel, please make mail orders with your credit cards.
- For those of participants who will bring their children, the first child below 12 can stay together with their parents in the same room without any charge. Second child will be charged as their parents.
- (Please quote your name and mail or fax a copy of the Bank receipt to the Atlantis Hotel Administrators and Secretariat.)
