I am happy to announce that a new article has been published in the Journal of Applied Polymer Science titled “The effect of reinforcement aspect ratio on the performance of PA66 composites with recycled carbon fiber and upcycled graphene nanoplatelets: An interface characterization from process to modeling“. In this paper, we investigated the effect of reinforcement aspect ratio and the synergistic effect of waste-tire driven GNP and recycled carbon fiber on the PA66 matrix experimentally and supported by numerical simulations. The modeling studies were carried out by Salman Zafar and Dr. Hatice Sinem Şaş, while the experimental work was led by myself and Assoc. Prof. Burcu Saner Okan.
