My primary interest is the study of protein interactions and oligomerization mechanisms.
Trained in bioinformatics, molecular and structural biology, I started my work on protein function determination by using different approaches from sequence to structure, to dynamics analysis. Proteins are the machines of life. I try to understand their interactions with other proteins and DNA for transcription regulation in cancer pathways.
