Introduction to Management: (MGMT 201) Core undergraduate course. Taught Spring 2018, Fall 2018, Fall 2019, Spring 2020, Fall 2020, Spring 2021, Fall 2021, Spring 2022. Covers the basic functional areas of management, with an emphasis on Excel for analysis, decision modeling and graphical representation; key topics: data analysis, fundamentals of marketing, forecasting, database functionality of Excel, operations and decision making.

Decision Making Under Uncertainty: (OPIM 410) Elective undergraduate course. Taught Fall 2016, Fall 2017, Spring 2019, Fall 2019, Spring 2022. Covers basic decision making under uncertainty tools; key topics: decision trees, Bayesian analysis and value of information, simulation, utility theory.

Introduction to Decision Making: (BAN 502) Core graduate course (Masters in Business Analytics). Taught Fall 2016, Fall 2017, Fall 2018, Spring 2020, Spring 2021. Covers the fundamentals of prescriptive and descriptive decision theory; key topics: decision trees, Bayesian analysis and value of information, multi-objective decision making, simulation, linear programming, theories of choice, decision making in groups and teams.

Revenue Management: (BAN 522/OPIM 522) Elective graduate course (MBA and Masters in Business Analytics). Taught Spring 2017, Spring 2019. Covers the fundamentals of pricing and revenue management; key topics: capacity management, network revenue management, overbooking, basics of pricing, surge pricing, pricing in a segmented market with capacity constraints, applications of revenue management practices, customer acceptance of pricing and revenue management practices, implementation issues and organizational challenges.

Operations and Decision Analytics: (OPIM 613) Core graduate course (PhD in Operations Management and Business Analytics). Taught Fall 2020, Fall 2021. Covers the fundamental research fields in operations management; key topics: inventory management, supply chain management, retail operations, service operations, revenue management and marketing analytics, health care operations, behavioral operations management, sustainable operations management.
