The Covid-19 crisis once again showed managers the need for purchasing to be represented at the board level and the importance of preparing for supply risks. Covid-19 might be unlike any other supply chain disruption in the near past; however, it is for sure that it will not be the last. So, how can companies prepare for future supply risks and disruptions?
