IPSERA 2023 conference Doctoral Workshop has been organized on Sunday, April 2nd, 2023. After the opening speech, Journal of Purchasing and Supply Management editors Carmela Di Mauro and Steven Carnovale have discussed the best practices in reviewing with attending PhD students and faculty. Then, 27 PhD students presented their PhD proposals. I was happy to participate as a mentoring faculty and meet and engage with future PSM scholars.
