The OLSP Team is the first contact for level and section SUCourse(s) and SLOnline related issues. Also you may need the following contacts for other technology support specified:

  • 9988 Call Center: General issues & if you have time to report the issue in detail
  • 9200 IT HELP DESK: Any technology related issues
  • 9424, 9429, 9433 Sound and Visual Team: Projectors in the classrooms. They may also provide portable projectors if necessary.
  • 9211 IC Course Materials Support Unit: As mentioned above.
